Pierre-Pascal Bruneau is a retired partner whose practice focused on corporate taxation with a particular emphasis on corporate finance, private equity transactions and on investment funds. Mr. Bruneau was mainly involved in complex cross-border financial transactions. He played a key role in the structuring of all the transactions carried out by the mergers & acquisitions and capital market teams of Debevoise as well as the structuring of investment funds for the firm’s fund formation team.

Mr. Bruneau was ranked as a Notable Practitioner in Chambers Global (2014) and Chambers Europe (2014) where he was described as “an excellent negotiator with longstanding experience not only in tax, but also in debt restructuring”.
