Rachel Stables is a corporate counsel and a member of the firm’s Investment Management and Private Fund Transactions Groups. Her practice focuses on advising sponsors of private investment funds, co-investment vehicles and separately managed accounts across numerous sectors and strategies, including buyout, emerging markets and credit funds, on fund formation and ongoing operational matters.

Ms. Stables joined Debevoise as a trainee solicitor in 2015 and completed her training in the London and Hong Kong offices. She graduated with a B.A. from the University of Oxford in 2014. She completed the LPC at BPP Law School in 2015.

Ms. Stables was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales in 2017.
