Rebecca Ferrer is a corporate law clerk and a member of the Intellectual Property and Technology Transactions Group. 

Ms. Ferrer joined Debevoise in 2026. Ms. Ferrer received a J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 2026, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as Co-Chair of the Intellectual Property Law Association. She received both a B.S. with honors and a B.A. with Distinction in General Scholarship from the University of California, Berkeley in 2017. During law school, Ms. Ferrer was a legal extern with the Office of the General Counsel Copyright at NPR.
