    • Bangladesh in advisory proceedings before the International Court of Justice concerning States’ obligations in respect of climate change.
    • An international non-governmental organization to advise on a Government’s draft Climate Change Act and its compliance with the Paris Agreement.
    • An international oil and gas company on legal risks and strategy involving aspects of international environmental law.
    • An international non-governmental organization on negotiations of the proposed UN treaty for conservation and sustainable use of marine biodiversity in areas beyond national jurisdiction.
    • Human Rights Watch as amicus curiae in two proceedings before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights regarding the rights of LGBT individuals in Jamaica.
    • The State of Qatar and Qatari entities and individuals in international claims arising out of the measures imposed by the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Egypt against Qatar, including in proceedings before the International Court of Justice against the United Arab Emirates, investment arbitrations and claims in other international tribunals.
