Rihab El-Hussain is an associate in the London Office and a member of the firm’s International Dispute Resolution and Commercial Litigation Groups. Her practice focuses on international arbitration and high-value, complex multijurisdictional litigation.
Ms. El-Hussain has experience in investment and commercial arbitration disputes. She also has experience in proceedings before the English High Court.
Ms. El-Hussain has an active public international law practice and assists with a number of the firm’s pro bono mandates, including before the European Court of Human Rights and the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.
Ms. El-Hussain joined Debevoise in 2024. She received a B.A. Hons in Law from the University of Cambridge (Downing College) in 2021, and an MPhil in 2022. She completed the LLM Legal Practice (SQE 1 & 2) at the University of Law in 2024.
Ms. El-Hussain was admitted as a solicitor in the Senior Courts of England & Wales in 2026. She is fluent in Arabic.
