Ruoyun Dai is an international associate based in the Shanghai office and is a member of the firm’s Investment Management Group.
Ms. Dai joined Debevoise in 2026. Ms. Dai received her LL.M. in 2026 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was a Zhao/Zeng scholar. Ms. Dai received her Master of Law degree in 2020 from Peking University, and her LL.B. in 2018 from Southwest University of Political Science and Law.
Ms. Dai passed the PRC National Judicial Examination in 2018. Her native language is Mandarin and she is fluent in English.
