Ryan Foo is a law clerk in the Litigation Department. 

Mr. Foo joined Debevoise in 2025. Mr. Foo received a J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2025, where he was an executive managing editor of the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review and a student attorney at the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinic. He received a B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2021.
