Samantha Hui is a corporate law clerk and a member of the Capital Markets Group.

Ms. Hui joined Debevoise in 2025. Ms. Hui received her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2025, where she was a senior articles editor of the Journal of Law & Business. Ms. Hui received her B.A. from Wellesley College in 2019. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Hui worked in equity derivative structured products at a global financial institution.
