Sam Lee is a corporate associate and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Mr. Lee joined Debevoise in 2023.  He received an LL.B. with Honors from the University of New South Wales in 2019, where he served on the Law Faculty Board.  Mr. Lee received a BCom with Distinction from the University of New South Wales in 2019.

Mr. Lee co-authored a submission to the Australian Parliamentary Standing Committee on the Inquiry into the Future of Petitioning in the House in 2018 and represented the University of New South Wales in several national and international mooting competitions including as a Quarter Finalist at the 2019 Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.

Mr. Lee is a member of the Bar of the State of California and is qualified to practice in Australia before the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
