Selena Chisholm is an English-qualified international counsel in the Corporate Department. Mrs. Chisholm works in the firm’s Investment Management Group and has experience in advising sponsors and investors on a variety of investment management issues. Her practice focuses primarily on representations of institutional and other investors in connection with their private equity investments.

Mrs. Chisholm joined Debevoise in 2015, prior to which she was an associate in the Financial Services Group of a leading international law firm. She graduated in 2000 with a B.A. (Hons) from the University of Oxford (Jesus College) and obtained her L.P.C. from the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice.

Mrs. Chisholm was admitted to practise as a solicitor in England & Wales in 2003.
