Shaina Zargari is a corporate law clerk and member of the Investment Management Group.

Ms. Zargari joined Debevoise in 2026. She received her J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2026, where she was an editor of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy and the recipient of the Toohey Family Prize. Ms. Zargari received a B.S. from Cornell University in 2023.
