Shawn D’Aguiar is a partner in the Corporate Department and a member of the firm’s Funds/Investment Management Group. His practice focuses on fund structuring and formation.

Mr. D’Aguiar has substantial experience advising clients in the private equity, private debt, real estate, infrastructure and venture capital sectors. He advises on a range of fund strategies, including impact and sustainable investing, emerging markets, sharia’a-compliant funds, incentive/carried interest schemes (including phantom carried interest plans) and co-investment arrangements.
