Shelley Kwan is a corporate associate and a member of the Investment Management Group.

Ms. Kwan joined Debevoise in 2026. Prior to joining Debevoise, Ms. Kwan was an associate in the London office at a UK-headquartered law firm. Ms. Kwan received her LL.B (Hons) from Queen Mary, University of London in 2020 and her MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2021.

Ms. Kwan was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales in 2025.
