Shirley Li is a corporate associate and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Ms. Li joined Debevoise in 2021. Ms. Li received her J.D. cum laude  from New York University School of Law in 2021, where she was a staff editor of the Journal of Law and Business and an Advanced Clinician in the International Transactions Clinic. Ms. Li received a B.A. with honors from Georgetown University in 2017.

Ms. Li is fluent in Mandarin and conversational in Spanish.
