Spencer S. Robbins is a corporate associate and a member of both the firm's Investment Management Group and Private Fund Transactions Group. His practice focuses on representing institutional investors in connection with their private equity investments, including U.S. and international buyout, venture capital and other sector funds, and anchor and seed investments. In addition, he regularly represents clients in connection with co-investment opportunities.
Mr. Robbins joined Debevoise in 2021. Mr. Robbins received a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2021, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He received a B.A cum laude from Vanderbilt University in 2018.
