Tanaya Sanyal is a corporate associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions group.

Ms. Sanyal joined Debevoise in 2022. Ms. Sanyal received an LL.M. from New York University School of Law in 2022, where she was a Dean’s Graduate Scholar and received the George Colin award in the Corporation Law program. She received a LL.B. from the National University of Juridical Sciences, India in 2015.

She is admitted to practice in India and is fluent in Hindi and Bengali.
