Tara R. Holzer is a corporate associate and a member of the Financial Institutions Group and Banking Group.

Ms. Holzer joined Debevoise in 2023. She received a J.D. summa cum laude from New York Law School in 2023, where she was a Dean’s Scholar, a recipient of the Alfred L. Rose Award for Excellence, and the managing editor of the New York Law School Law Review. She received a B.Mus. cum laude from New York University in 2017. Prior to law school, Ms. Holzer worked in the legal department of a music publishing company.
