Tealanie Baldwin is a corporate law clerk and a member of the firm’s Banking and Financial Institutions Groups.

Ms. Baldwin joined Debevoise in 2025. Ms. Baldwin received a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2025 and a B.A. from Loyola Marymount University, magna cum laude, in 2017. During law school, Ms. Baldwin held several public policy and regulatory focused roles within the financial services sector, including serving as policy lead for a large bank and a financial technology company.
