Tealanie Baldwin is a corporate associate and a member of the firm’s Banking and Financial Institutions Groups.

Ms. Baldwin joined Debevoise in 2025. Ms. Baldwin received a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2025 and a B.A. from Loyola Marymount University, magna cum laude, in 2017. During law school, Ms. Baldwin held several public policy and regulatory focused roles within the financial services sector, including serving as the Consumer Finance Policy Lead for a financial technology company and Manager of Government Affairs and Policy for a large bank. Prior to law school, Ms. Baldwin served as the Manager of Government Affairs for a large mutual life insurance company.
