Theo Wilson is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Data Strategy & Security practice groups. His practice involves complex commercial disputes, government investigations, and matters involving ransomware and data breaches, including related regulatory notifications and inquiries.
Mr. Wilson joined Debevoise in 2023. He received a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2023 and an M.P.A. with distinction from Princeton University in 2020, where he was an associate editor of the Journal of Public and International Affairs. He received a B.A. cum laude from the State University of New York College at Geneseo in 2012.
Mr. Wilson is the author and co-author of numerous articles including, “Time Is Running Out to Stop Killer Robots,” JURIST (December, 2021); “China’s Belt and Road Initiative: Determining a U.S. Response,” Princeton University (January, 2020) and “The Trump administration’s secret authorizations to sell nuclear tech to Saudi Arabia,” University of Pennsylvania (August, 2019).
