Tyler Lorenzen is a corporate law clerk and a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. 

Mr. Lorenzen joined Debevoise in 2025. Mr. Lorenzen received a J.D. from Cardozo Law School cum laude in 2025, where he was a notes editor for Cardozo Law Review and a legal intern in the Filmmakers Legal Clinic. He received a B.A. magna cum laude from Binghamton University in 2019.
