Viacheslav (Slava) Iavorskyi is a corporate associate and a member of the firm’s Investment Management Group.
Mr. Iavorskyi joined Debevoise in 2026. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Iavorskyi was an associate at another leading international law firm, focusing on compliance, investigations and corporate litigation. Mr. Iavorskyi received his PCLL (Dean’s List – Merit) from the City University of Hong Kong in 2015 and his Juris Doctor (Distinction) from City University of Hong Kong in 2014.
Mr. Iavorskyi is admitted to practice as a solicitor in Hong Kong and New York. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian, Ukrainian and Japanese.
