Mr. Woods joined Debevoise in 2026. Mr. Woods received a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2026, where he received the Edwin S. Cohen Tax Prize and served on the senior editorial board of the Virginia Tax Review. He received his B.A. from Bucknell University in 2021.
