Xuan Yi Lee is a corporate associate and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Mr. Lee joined Debevoise in 2025. Mr. Lee received his J.D. with Honors from Columbia Law School in 2025, where he was awarded the Parker Certificate of Achievement in International and Comparative Law. He holds an LL.B. with First Class Honours from University College London, where he won the Webber Prize, the Dechert Prize for Property Law, and the Slaughter and May Prize.
