Yinqi Gu is a registered foreign lawyer (New York) based in the Hong Kong office and is a member of the firm’s Investment Funds and Investment Management Group. Mr. Gu received a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2023, where he was a James Kent scholar and a staff member of the Columbia Business Law Review. He received a B.A. from University of California, Berkeley in 2019. Mr. Gu joined Debevoise in 2025 from another leading international law firm. He is a member of the Bar of the State of New York. Mr. Gu is fluent in English and Mandarin.
