Yinran Pan is a corporate associate and a member of the Intellectual Property and Technology Transactions Group.
Ms. Pan joined Debevoise in 2025. Prior to joining Debevoise, she was an associate at a leading international law firm. Ms. Pan received her J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2021, where she was an associate editor of the Journal of Business Law. She received both a B.S. with highest honors and a B.A with high distinction from the University of California, Berkeley in 2015.
