Zachary Dukoff is a corporate staff attorney and a member of the firm’s Investment Management Group.
Zachary joined Debevoise in 2024. From 2021 to 2024, Mr. Dukoff worked at a registered investment adviser assisting institutional investors in private market and hedge fund subscriptions. Mr. Dukoff received his J.D. cum laude from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in 2021, where he was a senior associate on the Pace International Law Review. He received his B.A. from University of Connecticut in 2017.
Mr. Dukoff is a member of the State Bar of New York and admitted to practice in the State of New York.
