Mr. Godbe received a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent scholar, a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar, and a Hamilton Fellow. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California, where he was a Presidential Scholar, Varsity Student Athlete, and elected to Phi Beta Kappa.Mr. Godbe is co-author of “Debevoise & Plimpton Discusses How Bankruptcy Courts Will Measure Customer Crypto Claims,” CLS Blue Sky Blog (October, 2022); “Ultra III: Make Whole Never Dies” (Pratt’s Journal of Bankruptcy Law, April/May 2020) and “Safe Harbor Re-Opened?
