Mr. Godbe is a corporate associate and a member of the firm’s Restructuring and Special Situations Groups.

Mr. Godbe joined Debevoise in 2021.  Mr. Godbe received a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent scholar, a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar, and a Hamilton Fellow.  He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California, where he was a Presidential Scholar, Varsity Student Athlete, and elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Mr. Godbe is a member of the Bar of the State of New York and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
