- John Gleeson, litigation partner and former federal judge, received The American Lawyer’s Lifetime Achievement Award. Mr. Gleeson founded and runs The Holloway Project, a pro bono initiative dedicated to obtaining sentencing relief for inmates, largely men of color, who received egregiously long prison sentences due to mandatory minimum provisions that Congress has since overturned.
