Alexandra Edidin is a corporate associate and a member of the Investment Management and Private Fund Transactions Groups.
Ms. Edidin joined Debevoise in 2025. Ms. Edidin received her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2025, where she was the online editor of The Journal of Law & Business and co-president of the Law & Business Association. She received a B.A. summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from The University of Chicago in 2022.
