Allison Rekkali is a tax counsel based in the New York office and a member of the firm's global tax practice. She works closely with the firm's tax lawyers to expand thought leadership, enhance knowledge resources and support the integration of AI-enabled tools and other innovations that strengthen client service. Ms. Rekkali draws on extensive tax law experience, including developing practical guidance for lawyers and clients and helping leading tax practices anticipate legal and market developments.
Prior to joining Debevoise, Ms. Rekkali held a tax knowledge management position at another international law firm and previously held a senior role at a leading legal information provider. Earlier in her career, she practiced as a tax lawyer advising clients on investment funds and other complex transactions.
Ms. Rekkali received a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2006 and a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in 2002.
