Andrea Hwang is a partner in the firm’s Leveraged and Corporate Finance practice and a member of the Liability Management & Special Situations team. Ms. Hwang advises private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and other corporate borrowers on complex financing transactions, including acquisition financings, recapitalizations and asset-based credit facilities. Her practice spans a broad range of financing structures. 

Ms. Hwang received her J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 2007 and her B.A. from Johns Hopkins University in 2004.
