Andrew M. Friedman is a corporate associate and a member of the Investment Management Group. His practice focuses on advising on the structuring, launch and management of registered fund products and other products designed for high net worth and retail investors.
Mr. Friedman joined Debevoise in 2026. Mr. Friedman received a J.D. from Rutgers Law School where he was a staff member for the Rutgers Law Record. He graduated from Rutgers with honors, including magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. He received a Bachelor of Hebrew Letters from Israel Torah Research Institute in 2008.
Mr. Friedman is a co-author of “SEC Grants No-Action Relief Relating to Status of Certain Mortgage Servicing Rights and Cash Proceeds Under Section 3(c)(5)(C) of the Investment Company Act,” The Real Estate Finance Journal (February, 2020).
