- HarbourVest Partners in the closing of HarbourVest Partners Structured Solutions 2025, an investment vehicle with the capacity to deploy $1.1 billion into diversified exposures to secondary investments in private equity and private credit.
- American National, a multiline U.S. insurer, in the financing aspects of its sale of a $1.6 billion senior direct lending portfolio to Coller Capital in a credit secondaries transaction.

Ann Stillman is a corporate associate and a member of the firm’s Finance Group. Her practice focuses on fund finance.Ms. Stillman joined Debevoise in 2014. From 2016 to 2024, she was a senior transactions counsel at a workspace company in New York and general counsel at a venture capital firm based in London. She rejoined the firm in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Stillman worked for a leading Irish law firm in Dublin, Ireland. Ms. Stillman received an LL.M from Columbia Law School in 2014, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. She received a B.A. (Hons.) with First Class Honors in Business and Economics from Trinity College Dublin in 2008. Ms. Stillman is a member of the Bar of the State of New York and is admitted to practice in Ireland and England and Wales. She is fluent in Spanish and French.
