Ayanna Thompson is a corporate associate and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
Ms. Thompson joined Debevoise & Plimpton in 2024. Ms. Thompson received her J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2024, where she was a staff editor on the Columbia Journal of Race and Law.
Ms. Thompson graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers University-New Brunswick in 2020.
