Bari Steinberg is a corporate counsel and a member of the firm’s Investment Management Group. Her practice focuses on advising sponsors of, and institutional investors in private investments funds, including buyout, energy and infrastructure funds. Ms. Steinberg’s recent experience includes acting for clients such as HarbourVest Partners, IFM, Kelso & Company, KKR, One Rock Capital Partners, Providence Equity Partners and VWH Capital Management, as well as pension plans, insurance companies, family offices and sovereign wealth funds.

Ms. Steinberg joined Debevoise in 2012. Ms. Steinberg received a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law magna cum laude in 2012, where she graduated Order of the Coif and was an articles editor of the Cardozo Law Review. She received a B.B.A. summa cum laude from the George Washington University in 2009.
