Barrett J. Greenwell is an associate in the Litigation Department.
Mr. Greenwell joined Debevoise in 2021. From 2019 to 2020, he clerked for the Hon. Chief Judge Greg Stivers of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky. From 2020 to 2021, he clerked for the Hon. Judge Patty Shwartz of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Greenwell received a J.D. in 2019 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, where he was philanthropy editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. He received a B.A. in 2016 from Western Kentucky University, summa cum laude.
Mr. Greenwell is a member of the New York bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
