Elizabeth A. Kelley (“Beth”) is a law clerk in the Litigation Department.Ms. Kelley joined Debevoise in 2024. She received her J.D. cum laude from New York University School of Law in 2024, where she was a Robert McKay Scholar, a notes editor on the Journal of International Law and Politics, and recipient of the Jerome Lipper Prize and Journal of International Law and Politics award for the best note by a graduating student. She received a B.A. magna cum laude from Cornell University in 2019.Ms. Kelley is the author of “Challenges in Collecting and Admitting Open-Source and User-Generated Evidence of Atrocity Crimes: Prospects for Ukraine,” Journal of International Law and Politics (2023).
