Elizabeth A. Kelley (“Beth”) is an associate in the Litigation Department.

Ms. Kelley joined Debevoise in 2024. She received her J.D. cum laude from New York University School of Law in 2024, where she was a Robert McKay Scholar, a notes editor on the Journal of International Law and Politics, and recipient of the Jerome Lipper Prize and Journal of International Law and Politics award for the best note by a graduating student. She received a B.A. magna cum laude from Cornell University in 2019.

Ms. Kelley is the author of “Challenges in Collecting and Admitting Open-Source and User-Generated Evidence of Atrocity Crimes: Prospects for Ukraine,” Journal of International Law and Politics (2023).
