Emily Cohen is a corporate associate and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
Ms. Cohen joined Debevoise in 2024. Ms. Cohen received a J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 2024, where she served as a staff editor for the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law & Public Policy. She received a B.A. summa cum laude with honors from Tulane University in 2021.
