Eric Xu is a corporate associate based in the Hong Kong office and is a member of the firm’s Investment Funds and Investment Management Group.

Mr. Xu joined Debevoise in 2022 from another leading international law firm where he advised fund sponsors and investors in the formation and operation of private equity funds. Mr. Xu received a J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2018 and an LL.B from China University of Political Science and Law in 2014.

Mr. Xu is a member of the Bar of the State of New York. He is a native Mandarin Chinese speaker.
