Eric Xu is a registered foreign lawyer (New York) based in the Hong Kong office and is a member of the firm’s Investment Funds and Investment Management Group.
Mr. Xu joined Debevoise in 2022 from another leading international law firm where he advised fund sponsors and investors in the formation and operation of private equity funds. Mr. Xu received a J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2018 and an LL.B from China University of Political Science and Law in 2014.
Mr. Xu is a member of the Bar of the State of New York. He is a native Mandarin Chinese speaker.

徐律师2022年加入德普，此前他曾就职于另一家知名的国际律师事务所，为基金发起人和投资者提供私募股权基金的设立和运营方面的建议。徐律师于2014 年获得中国政法大学法学学士学位，并于 2018 年获得康奈尔法学院法学博士学位。
徐律师是纽约州律师协会会员，其母语是普通话。
