Fabienne El-Cid is a law clerk in the Litigation Department.Ms. El-Cid joined Debevoise in 2023. Ms. El-Cid received her J.D. cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2023 where she was the solicitations editor of the Georgetown Journal of International Law. Ms. El-Cid received a B.S.F.S. from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service in 2018. Ms. El-Cid is the author of Lebanon’s Government Muzzles Critics, Flaunts the ICCPR (Jan. 27, 2022).She is fluent in Levantine-Arabic.
