She received Richard Katcher Senior Tax Prize of 2016-2017. She received her Bachelor’s degree from China Foreign Affairs University in 2013.Ms. Tao is the co-author of “What White V. Commissioner Says About Partnerships,” Law 360 (August, 2018).Ms. Tao is a member of the Bar of New York. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
