Helen Wang is a corporate associate and a member of the Investment Management Group.

Ms. Wang’s recent experience includes representing clients such as Advantage Partners, Atkore International, Baring Private Equity Asia, Global Atlantic, Kelso & Company, Morgan Stanley and Sequoia Capital.

Ms. Wang joined Debevoise in 2019. She received a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2019, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. She received a B.A. from Yale University in 2014.

Ms. Wang is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
