Three No-Action Letters on Swap Reporting Obligations

The CFTC granted temporary no-action relief to reporting counterparties and to certain large trader reporting entities from the requirements to report certain counterparty identifying information under Parts 45, 46 and 20.
In a separate no-action letter, the CFTC granted temporary no-action relief to reporting counterparties from the obligation to report certain non-reporting counterparty information that is not provided by the non-reporting counterparty and is otherwise unavailable to the reporting counterparty.
In a third no-action letter, the CFTC granted temporary no-action relief to swap dealers from certain reporting obligations under Parts 43, 45 and 46.
