Recent Amendments to Russian Labor Code on Part-Time Work and Payments for Overtime

As of 29 June 2017, amendments to The Russian Labor Code came into force.
According to the amendments, an employer and an employee may agree upon three types of part-time working schedules for a fixed or indefinite term.
In addition, an employee who worked overtime on a weekend or holiday is compensated only for the work performed on a non-working day and is not paid overtime.
