Recent Amendments to Russian Labor Code on Part-Time Work and Payments for Overtime

- As of 29 June 2017, amendments to The Russian Labor Code came into force.
- According to the amendments, an employer and an employee may agree upon three types of part-time working schedules for a fixed or indefinite term.
- In addition, an employee who worked overtime on a weekend or holiday is compensated only for the work performed on a non-working day and is not paid overtime.
