Isabelle Glimcher is an associate in the Litigation Department.
Ms. Glimcher joined Debevoise in 2020. She received a J.D. from NYU School of Law in 2019, where she was a managing editor of the NYU Journal of International Law & Politics. She received an M.Sc. from Oxford University in 2014, and a B.A. cum laude from Harvard University in 2013.
Ms. Glimcher is the author of “Purchasing Power: How the U.S. Government Can Use Federal Procurement to Uphold Human Rights,” published through the NYU Stern Center for Business & Human Rights, and “Arbitration of Human and Labor Rights: The Bangladesh Experience,” 52 N.Y.U. Journal of International Law & Politics 231 (2019). She is also a co-author of “The American Servicemembers’ Protection Act and the Dodd Amendment: Shaping United States Engagement with the ICC (Part II),” Just Security (February, 2023); “Introducing the Symposium on U.S. Support for the ICC’s Trust Fund for Victims,” Just Security (February, 2023) and, “Addressing ESG Considerations in the M&A Context,” a chapter in the latest edition of GLI Mergers & Acquisitions, published by Global Legal Insights (July, 2022).
