John T. Nelson is an associate in the Tax Department.

Mr. Nelson joined Debevoise in 2021. He received a J.D. from Yale Law School in 2021. He received an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2013 and an MA from University College London School of Slavonic and East European Studies in 2012, where he was a Marshall Scholar. He received an A.B. summa cum laude from Princeton University in 2010. He is a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
