Ms. Quan received an LL.M. from Harvard Law School in 2020, an LL.M. from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2016 and an LL.B. from Nanjing University in 2015.Ms. Quan joined Debevoise in 2021 from a leading international law firm where she represented leading global alternative asset managers in the formation and ongoing governance of private equity funds. She is a member of the Bar of the State of New York.
